The one-on-one training scheme is kept as informal as possible, it is proven that the more relaxed a person is, the more receptive they are to being taught. Also, by keeping the time together informal, we can often discover that the person has more questions than they originally asked, allowing us to solve much more and thereby increase their productivity.
